Steps to a good hygiene nightime routine ✨️
Nightime
Brush teeth and gums for 2 min with a electric toothbrush
Step 2
Floss teeth getting rid of anything stuck between them and rinse your mouth with water or mouth wash
Step 3 (Optional but highly recommend)
Wash your face with a cleanser
Dry and apply any pimple cream or patches
Tip: dont apply pimple patches if you dont wash your face
Apply moisturizer
For extra rehydrating: Use toner, serum, face masks.
